About Sehee Park

Sehee Park holds a Bachelor’s in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a Minor in Applied Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara. She has 7 years of professional experience working in Healthcare and Behavioral Health industries. In her previous role at Seattle Children’s Hospital, she worked on multiple clinical studies focused on advancing medical research for Pediatric Oncology. Passionate about what she does, she currently serves as the Clinical Research Coordinator at Memorial Health.

Medical Student Information

Memorial Health System accepts applications for medical students to complete a variety of rotations. Interested applicants can request rotations by completing the Medical Student Rotation Request Form. Please complete this form and email it to Lakeshia Smith who is our Medial Education & Advanced Learner Coordinator and is responsible for servicing all our medical students, audition rotations, international medical graduates/observerships (IMG’s) and APP rotations. If your school is a participating institution and you would like to request audition rotations and electives, we can also be found on the Visiting Student Learning Opportunities Platform (VSLO) at: visitingstudents@aamc.org.

About Elena Ervin

Elena has worked in the medical field for 11 years and has been a part of the Memorial Health System for almost a year as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Elena spent 9 years as a medical assistant in women’s health before transitioning into clinical research. To pass the time, and what she enjoys most is making delicious food. Elena is driven to help people and to help grow clinical research at Memorial and bring more awareness about research to the public to help patients and better healthcare in the future.

About Dr. Webster

Travis Webster, MD was born in  Los Angeles and did his undergraduate work at California State University – Northridge. He then attended St. George’s University for medical school and did  clinical rotations in Florida. Dr. Webster’s interests in medicine lie in primary care, especially in cardiovascular and diabetes care.

About Dr. Lee

John Lee, DO is a 2013 graduate of the University of Pikeville (Kentucky) School of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated residency in 2016 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, Kentucky. He began full-time practice in Kentucky as well as becoming clinical faculty for the University of Pikeville and core faculty for the Family Medicine residency there. Because of his love for teaching, he was able to train residents, students, nurse practitioners and PA students. He recently began full-time practice in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

About Lakeshia Smith

Lakeshia Smith is the Medical Student & Advanced Learner Coordinator for Graduate Medical Education as well as the Core Site Specialist for Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM)- South Region for Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, where she oversees and assist all Medical Students, NP’s, PA’s, external residents and CRNA rotations. With over 16 years of experience in Higher Education and 4 years of experience in undergraduate/graduate medical course work, Lakeshia has played a tremendous role at Memorial on improving the growth of our student population, medical rotations and is passionate about providing more assistance within our community of colleges, universities, medical facilities and abroad. Lakeshia holds a master’s degree, several certifications and a diploma in Medical Unit Coordinating & Health Information Technology.
