About Dr. Jahanvi Joshi

I was born in Gujarat, India, and moved to Philadelphia when I was 14. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at Temple University and went on to earn my medical degree from Saint James School of Medicine. I am the first in my family to pursue a career in medicine, and that journey has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

My passion for Family Medicine grew from my early experiences as a medical interpreter. I often helped bridge the gap between patients and doctors, and I saw how powerful good communication and cultural understanding can be.

Family Medicine felt like a natural path for me. It (family medicine) brings together all the things I care about: community, connection, prevention, and supporting patients in every part of their journey, not just their symptoms.

Outside of medicine, I love spending time with my family, exploring new places, and watching movies

About Dr. Fabio Lugo

I was born in Alexandria, Virginia and grew up in Ponce, Puerto Rico at the age of 4. I did my bachelor’s degree on Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. Then studied Medicine at Ponce Health and Sciences University School of Medicine, in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

I was drawn to family medicine because it is the field of medicine that focuses on addressing the broadest range of medical issues and patients’ health care needs, simultaneously providing me with the opportunity to establish long-lasting and deep relationships with my patients regardless of age or health condition. I am fully committed to serve the Mississippi Gulf coast community and to help my patients live their lives to their greatest potential.

Outside of my commitment to the clinic and the hospital I enjoy visiting art museums, going to restaurants, cooking, camping, and participating in motorsports events at my local racetracks.

About Dr. Aaron Nguyen

I was born in New Orleans and was raised in southeast Louisiana. I graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe for both my Bachelors and master’s before recently graduating from LSUHSC-New Orleans School of Medicine.

I really enjoy sitting back and reading a good novel, playing a good online video game, and spending time with my very large Vietnamese family. It is through my time with my family and meeting people online I find myself enjoying bonding with them and developing good lasting relationships.

It is for these relationships that I decided to pursue family medicine since I will be able to follow my patient through all phases of their life. It is through these relationships I hope to be able to best advocate for my patient’s health by understanding each other.

About Dr. Emmanuel D. Ogunleye

My name is Emmanuel Damilola Ogunleye. I’m from the western part of Nigeria, and my path in medicine began at All Saints School of Medicine in St. Vincent, where I completed my Basic Sciences before continuing with clinical rotations in Chicago, ultimately earning my MD degree.

My experiences in medical school and residency have ignited a deep passion for Family Medicine. I cherish the privilege of forming lasting relationships with my patients and their families, learning about their unique backgrounds and stories while promoting preventive care and wellness. This bond fosters trust, which is at the heart of the care I provide.

I find immense fulfillment in being a steady source of support throughout my patients’ lives—whether guiding young parents through childhood illnesses or helping elderly patients manage chronic conditions. Each patient connection allows me to personalize their care, ensuring it aligns with their values and lifestyle.

Beyond medicine, I have a keen interest in preventive and sports medicine. I also enjoy playing football and basketball. If I weren’t a physician, I’d pursue a passion for cooking, with dreams of becoming a chef specializing in international cuisine.
