I was born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, and later moved to the United States as a teenager. After spending some time here, I returned to Pakistan to pursue my medical education at Khawaja Muhammad Safdar Medical College in Sialkot. Recently, I moved back to the U.S. with my wife and infant daughter to continue my journey in medicine and build a life rooted in service and growth.

I was drawn to Family Medicine because of its broad scope and the opportunity to care for patients in a personal, continuous way. I find great meaning in forming long-term relationships with patients and supporting not just their physical health, but also their emotional and social well-being. For me, Family Medicine represents the kind of compassionate, community-centered care that inspired me to become a doctor in the first place.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and listening to podcasts—simple pleasures that help me stay grounded and connected.

I’m from New York State and spent my upbringing in both New York City and Syracuse, a mid-sized city located in upstate NY. Experiencing life in the fast-paced environment of New York City and the quieter pace of Syracuse gave me a well-rounded perspective on the diverse needs of different communities. I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology from Binghamton University and completed my medical education at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, New York.

I chose family medicine because it offers the unique opportunity to care for individuals across all stages of life. I value the diversity and depth of knowledge the field requires, and I’m drawn to the meaningful relationships family physicians build with their patients and communities. Being a primary care provider means I get to be a consistent and trusted presence in people’s lives—and that’s exactly the kind of doctor I aspire to be.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.

I am originally from the beautiful islands of Fiji. During high school in my hometown of Labasa, I volunteered at an aged care facility, which sparked my passion for Family Medicine.

I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, learning about their experiences, and listening to their stories. I have a strong interest in women’s health and mental health, and I am committed to expanding my experience and serve the community.

Outside of medicine, I am an avid reader and enjoy discovering new restaurants. While I am enjoying my food, I am usually watching FRIENDS.

I was born in Gujarat, India, and moved to Philadelphia when I was 14. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at Temple University and went on to earn my medical degree from Saint James School of Medicine. I am the first in my family to pursue a career in medicine, and that journey has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

My passion for Family Medicine grew from my early experiences as a medical interpreter. I often helped bridge the gap between patients and doctors, and I saw how powerful good communication and cultural understanding can be.

Family Medicine felt like a natural path for me. It (family medicine) brings together all the things I care about: community, connection, prevention, and supporting patients in every part of their journey, not just their symptoms.

Outside of medicine, I love spending time with my family, exploring new places, and watching movies.

I was born in New Orleans and was raised in southeast Louisiana. I graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe for both my Bachelors and master’s before recently graduating from LSUHSC-New Orleans School of Medicine.

I really enjoy sitting back and reading a good novel, playing a good online video game, and spending time with my very large Vietnamese family. It is through my time with my family and meeting people online I find myself enjoying bonding with them and developing good lasting relationships.

It is for these relationships that I decided to pursue family medicine since I will be able to follow my patient through all phases of their life. It is through these relationships I hope to be able to best advocate for my patient’s health by understanding each other.

I am originally from Toronto, Canada, but have lived in the United States since I was 12. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Florida and my Master of Biomedical Science at University of South Florida. Before starting medical school, I worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant and taught anatomy and physiology, embryology, and (my favorite) gross anatomy as a USF graduate teaching assistant. I attended Saba University School of Medicine and did my rotations in Louisiana, Kansas City, and the Northeast. While awaiting residency, I worked in clinical research as a clinical research coordinator and psychometric rater facilitating various vaccine, psychiatric, and medical studies.

I believe that family medicine is the frontlines when treating mental health, so I’m passionate about bringing holistic and supportive mental healthcare to underserved populations.

In my free time, I enjoy walks with my husband and Old English bulldog, exploring new cities, and watching Formula 1 and 90’s sitcoms.

I grew up in Braselton, Georgia and attended Elon University in North Carolina after high school where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. I then pursued a post graduate course of study and attained a Master of Chemistry degree focused and based in research involving the isolation of fungal compounds for potential use in cancer therapy.

Extending life expectancy and increasing quality of life attracted me to the practice of medicine. I began my medical education at Trinity Medical Sciences University in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and later completed my clinical rotations through the American University of Integrative Sciences in various locations across Georgia and Virginia.

My interest in medicine was first sparked during a shadowing experience in cardiology, where I became intrigued by opportunities to advance the treatment of coronary artery disease. This curiosity led to meaningful research, strong mentorship, and personal challenges including the support of families through medical crises from a distance.

This deepened my resolve to become a physician. I am now honored to continue my journey into Family Medicine at Memorial Hospital here in Gulfport, Mississippi. I desire to become a well-rounded physician with a broad scope of clinical knowledge.

Family medicine offers the unique privilege of caring for patients of all ages and building lasting relationships that promote long-term health and well-being. My goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care while fostering strong community ties.

Outside of my pursuit of a medical career, I enjoy learning to fly, exploring new places, and spending quality time with my fiancée.
