About Crystal Valentine
A Mississippi Gulf Coast native, Crystal Valentine has been part of the Memorial Hospital at Gulfport staff for 12 years. She started her journey in medical records and since then has held multiple roles with Memorial to include Radiation Oncology biller & coder, Cancer Center Office Manager, and provider production analyst. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health information management. She was named program coordinator in July 2023.
Medical Student Information
Memorial Health System accepts applications for medical students to complete a variety of rotations. Interested applicants can request rotations by completing the Medical Student Rotation Request Form. Please complete this form and email it to Lakeshia Smith who is our Medial Education & Advanced Learner Coordinator and is responsible for servicing all our medical students, audition rotations, international medical graduates/observerships (IMG’s) and APP rotations. If your school is a participating institution and you would like to request audition rotations and electives, we can also be found on the Visiting Student Learning Opportunities Platform (VSLO) at: visitingstudents@aamc.org.
